Org Mngt-Org Design

I have experienced multiple reorganizations throughout my career. In most cases, when senior leadership changes, the first action taken is a reorganization. I have come to assume that this is often tied to an arbitrary milestone— demonstrating accomplishment from the first 100 days. However, However, I have yet to encounter a reorganization that truly satisfies employees (or perhaps it is never possible to satisfy all employees).

I recently read an article highlighting the significance of a company’s mission in stimulating employee awareness of their purposeful work. This resonated with my experiences at my former company, which emphasized the same principle to empower employees to recognize their societal value. Here is my thought on purposeful organization based on personal experiences.
